How long will it take to receive my merchandise?

Deliveries to South African recipients: Expect to receive your order 5-7 days after ordering. We ship using <a href="http://www.courierit.co.za" target="_blank">CouierIT</a>.
Deliveries to UK recipients: Our stock is kept in the UK and is shipped using Royal Mail. Expect delivery within a few days if you are based in the UK.
Deliveries to other locations: We post overseas orders from the UK, and they normally arrive within 1-2 weeks.

Why are some products available in certain locations and not others?

We manufacture one range of products in South Africa, and ship those to SA residents only.  All other products are manufactured in, and shipped from, the UK.  Using different manufacturers means it's not always possible to have the same product range in each location.

Can I update my order/delivery details?

If you need to update your delivery details, please get in touch via support@superbru.com, quoting your order number. If we have not yet despatched your order, there is a chance we may still be able to update it in time. The contents of an order may currently not be changed once the order is placed and payment is taken.

What is the returns policy?

Goods that have not been worn may be exchanged or returned if you notify us that you wish to return them within 7 days of ordering, or 7 days of taking delivery (whichever is longer). If you wish to change sizes, or change style of t-shirt, for example, we will endeavour to help subject to availability of stock. If no stock is available, we will issue a refund to you via the credit card you used to place the order (no refunds can be sent by cheque, EFT or cash). You will be responsible for all shipping and bank transaction costs related to exchanges. Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order, or within 7 days of receipt of goods (whichever is longer). For help with cancellations and refunds, please get in touch via support@superbru.com, quoting your order number.

Can I pay by EFT, cheque or cash?

No, we only accept payment by credit or debit card.
